The details of our next freediving courses are:
Intro Freediver Course Sunshine Coast 13th January 2018
Saturday 13th January 8am to 12 noon classroom activities; 12 to 4pm pool activities; 4 to 5pm knowledge review for exam. All activities will be conducted at the Cotton Free Aquatic Centre or the surrounding area of Black Swan Park.
On successful completion of the classroom and pool components of the Intro Freediver course participants will achieve AIDA 2 Pool Freediver certification.
Intro Freediver course Gold Coast 19th to 20th January 2018
Friday 19th January 7pm to 10pm at Parkside Medical for classroom activities.
Saturday 20th January 9am to 11am Parkside Medical; 12 to 4pm Gold Coast Aquatic Centre for pool activities.
On successful completion of the classroom and pool components of the Intro Freediver course participants will achieve AIDA 2 Pool Freediver certification.
Ocean Freediver course Gold Coast 19th to 21st January 2018
Friday evening 19th January 7pm to 10pm at Parkside Medical for classroom activities.
Saturday 20th January 9am to 11am Parkside Medical to finish off the classroom activities; 12 to 4pm Gold Coast Aquatic Centre for all pool activities.
Sunday 21st Janaury 7am to 12 noon for ocean activities from our boat.
On successful completion of all components of the Ocean Freediver course participants will achieve the full AIDA 2 Freediver certification.

Freediving Gold Coast Club Static Mini-Comp 4th March 2018
Test the limits of your breath hold abilities by entering into our static mini-competition on the 4th March 2018 at the picturesque Gold Coast Arts Centre Evandale Lake 8 to 11am. Rules of the competition will be conducted according to AIDA International Rules for competitions.
