High Performance Coaching (Session 11)

High Performance Freediving Coaching (HPC) program Term 2 starts 19/4/22 and is 2 days per week on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. Each term is 10 weeks (20 sessions) with all sessions at the best training venue in Australia – the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre. Freediving coaching is about helping ALL freedivers, from beginners to advanced, to reach their full breath hold and underwater swimming potential through specific fitness training, technique correction and regular safe practice in a small class format. Included in the HPC program is a friendly Sunday morning freediving competition at the end of term. Also HPC members have the option of doing a a Deep Dive Day at the end of term with other HPC members for almost half price. The HPC program is open to all freedivers with a minimum of AIDA 2 Pool Freediver certification or equivalent.
