$495Friday 1st December 2023 7 to 10pm Parkside Medical for classroom activities.
(N.B. It is not necessary to attend the Friday evening if you choose the self-study option).
Saturday 2nd December 2023 9 to 11.30am Parkside Medical for classroom activities; 12.30 to 4pm Gold Coast Aquatic Centre for pool activities.
Sunday 3rd December 2023 7am to 11:30am 3kms offshore in our boat for ocean freediving activities.
On successful completion of all requirements participants are certified as AIDA 2 Freediver (included in course fee) with the world education and competition body – AIDA International (see https://www.aidainternational.org/), the international gold standard in freediving education.
