Friday 23rd February 7 to 10pm Parkside Medical for classroom activities.

Saturday 24th February 9 to 11am Parkside Medical for classroom activities; 12 to 4pm Runaway Bay Sport Supercentre for pool activities. Please note the change of venue due to closing of the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre due to the Commonwealth Games.

Sunday 25th February 8am to 1pm 3kms offshore in our boat for ocean activities.

On successful completion of all requirements participants are certified as AIDA 2 Freediver.
