Ocean Freediver Course

Friday 21st July 2023 7 to 10pm Parkside Medical for classroom activities.
(N.B. It is not necessary to attend the Friday evening if you choose the self-study option).
Saturday 22nd July 2023 9 to 11.30am Parkside Medical for classroom activities; 12.30 to 4pm Gold Coast Aquatic Centre for pool activities.
Sunday 23rd July 2023 7am to 11am 3kms offshore in our boat for ocean freediving activities.
On successful completion of all requirements participants are certified as AIDA 2 Freediver (included in course fee) with the world education and competition body – AIDA International (see https://www.aidainternational.org/).
